Directions

    This is not a skin cream. It is medicine that is administered by rubbing it on the skin. It is measured and needs to be taken on time, just like your pills. Do not mess this up. As it is a human bio-identical hormone treatment, there are no side effects if you take it correctly. You do one plunger-drop twice a day for 21 days, and then 7 days off. Mark your calendar so that you get it right. When administered correctly it treats post menopausal sleep problems and irritability/emotional-stability. I’ve been taking it since I got a hysterectomy. If you have PCOS, like I do, this progesterone-cream will not be converted into estrogen by your liver, as a hormone pill will. That’s why the cream this better.
